The Roswell Street Orchestra is part of the Music Ministry team that provides worship leadership in the Blended Service on Sunday mornings in the Worship Center. Under the direction of Hugh Norman, Minister of Instrumental Music, and accompanied by Linda Matthews, this non-auditioned ensemble is open to intermediate/advanced high school students through senior adults. The Orchestra supplies instrumental selections, accompanies congregational singing, accompanies the Choir and other special music groups weekly in the Blended Worship service. The Orchestra works alongside the Choir to provide seasonal music programs. The Orchestra will also play in the community from time to time in an effort to reach out to our community. Weekly rehearsals occur on Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00pm, in the Orchestra Room.
