Mission Statement

Vision
To establish a multi-track ministry which allows for various expressions of worship to exist within one fellowship

Strategy
To develop One Church with multiple Services, Styles, Speakers, and Small Groups to reach a multi-cultural community.

Philosophy
The leadership of Roswell Street operates with a ‘TEAM’ philosophy. We use the word team as an acrostic by which to make decisions.

T – “Together in Purpose”
Our purpose is to be Fully Developing Followers of Christ
A fully developing follower of Christ is one who consistently
Worships God, Grows with His Church, and Influences his
Culture for Christ.
We do this by Exalting the Savior, Equipping the Saints, and
Evangelizing the Sinner.
This begins with our efforts to Connect with God, Connect
With Each Other, and Connect with our Culture.

E – “Expanding our Perspective”
We recognize that God can do more than we could ever ask
or imagine. Instead of trying to limit God to our ideas, we
desire to continually expand our perspective to God’s
desires.

A – “Accepting our Place”
We believe that every member has a place at Roswell
Street. That means that every leader should believe that
they are right where God wants them. We provide tools and
resources to help our members to discover and grow in their
place.

M – “Maximizing our Potential”
We believe that all of us are continuously growing in our
relationship with and service to God. We want to do
everything that we can do to help maximize our ability to
realize our potential.
